Great, Thanks Uru!
Gorgeous tart!
Thank you!
I hope this means that you’ve had some success with your blueberries? Heading over to visit Chez Chloe.
These weren’t from my bush, but I get only about 7-10 berries a day lately from mine. 🙂 Oh, but I cherish them, ha! Verdict is still out on the beach ball…
This is a beautiful tart. Maine wild blueberries will be in season and I know what I’ll be making. It is funny but I must have tasted some of your creations at Seegers…it was a great restaurant.
Yes, Seeger’s really was one of the greats… I learned so much there about ingredients. and treating them with respect… We could be making something as simple like a strawberry cobbler, or complex like brioche etc.., and each would get the same amount of care and attention to detail. So cool that you have eaten there! Enjoy your blueberries!
Your blueberry tart looks amazing. With all the fresh fruit available, this is one of my favorite times of year!
Thanks, me too!
This blueberry tart looks absolutely delicious!
